The room was amazing. Our balcony was great. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast there...so no comment. Only complaint we have is that the Hammam was broken.

Great stay. The staff has been amazing. We had a problem because our room was too loud, facing to La Rambla and we could feel metro. As soon as flagged it, the staff went out of their way to find us a new room, moved everything, and by the time we got there, a bottle of cava waiting for us. This was such a great way to handle the problem and find a solution that I can't help but recommend this hotel. Being picky, the only the two negatives I found were: no Bluetooth speaker (they is an FM radio in the room) and a sketchy wifi -which I didn't mind because I was using my mobile data but some people might find it annoying.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Barcelona! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and this was the perfect location, an easy walk from so much and close to the metro. The staff is also so friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience a great one! It was my birthday during the stay, which we didn’t mention, they just noticed from my passport and surprised us by delivering cake and champagne to our room. The room itself is clean, bed is comfy, and bathroom has a ton of counter and storage space for toiletries and getting ready. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and felt very secure. Was warm in our room & thermostat didn’t work to adjust. Called desk & they controlled it on the computer. They were nice and accommodating, it’s just more convenient if you can adjust yourself. Also the tub/shower was extremely slippery & high edges so was difficult getting in & out.
