I stayed here for a week, and it was a great experience. The room was nice and cozy, with a big, comfortable bed. It's around 7 min walk to Sagrada Familia. There are small shops and cafes around. There is a lovely rooftop with a nice view. They also have yoga classes and bikes free of charge. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

Excellent hotel right near both the subway and Sagrada Familia. Some great positives worth mentioning: -Rooftop pool -Rooftop bar -Great breakfast buffet -Kind and knowledgeable staff -Central location P.S. the chocolate cheesecake from the bar is 100/100. Some of the best I have ever had.

Upon arrival my husband and I were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome from the staff. The staff catered to our every need and assisted us with travelling outdoors and gave directions to certain areas. Everything was close in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the metro train station. The area was safe to walk around. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great Location. Few blocks from Sagrada Família. Hotel 🏨 is good condition. Breakfast buffet is amazing and next to a beautiful outdoor garden.

Excellent hotel and no allergens in room compared to many hotels. Thank goodness! i had to move from another hotel due to sprays and colognes which is common in Spain. They are certified eco-friendly “green” hotel. Staff is WONDERFUL. Only one small mistake that was remedied. Everyone helping is so friendly and helpful and patient! This is a step up from the other 4 star hotel I moved over from mid stay!!

It was overpriced compared to the facilities provided. Room size is small. Pool was very small and crowded. Couldn’t open our Umbrella as sun was blazing. However other terrace with view of Sagrada Familia is good. Breakfast area is beautiful and great variety of food served. Staff is friendly, and space is clean but neighborhood is not vibrant. Good for people who want tranquility!

I tried to discreetly tell staff that the breakfast buffet chicken sausages (which i had already eaten half of one) were RAW. They insisted its how some customers want it and that it is up to each customer to make sure its cooked to their liking (mind you its served as ready to eat next to the bacon & scrambled eggs). Staff were arguing with me for a good 5 minutes until another staff member came and told me they took the sausages back to the kitchen. I had to spend my day stuck on the loo. Thankfully no complete food poisoning.
