The hotel is clean, modern and the staff could not be more friendly. It is situated right next to the underground station and on a main road so is safe and easily accessible for all the main attractions of central Barcelona as well as the marine area. Would thoroughly recommend and use again if visiting Barcelona in the future.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. This is a good hotel for leisure, but not for business as the Wi-Fi was very slow and kept cutting out on us. I went down to the lobby to ask if they could fix it, but it was so loud and busy with a long line of people to check in that I wasn’t able to get help before my meeting and ended up taking it outside on the street with my phone internet. Our cell phones did not have any service inside the room but perfect connections outside. I suggested finding an Internet cafe if you plan to stay at this hotel while working.

We were greeted by Caroline at the front desk. She was very friendly during a busy check in time. She took care of our reservation swiftly. The hotel is in a safe location and the staff is always there to greet you when you reach the front door. Area is a quick walk to the water, and also a fairly quick walk in the opposite direction to the cathedral. Would stay again!!

El problema es que no puedes cobrar 22€ por un desayuno si tu hotel esta al aldo del Raval, tampoco cobrar 3,5€ por lavar un par de medias. Entiendo que es un hotel de cadena, pero tiene precios irrisorios para el lugar donde se encuentra.

The hotel itself and our hotel was perfect. Very modern, clean and with a playful vibe. The hotel itself seemed to be located at the edge of a not so desirable area. We didn’t feel unsafe during the day, but would probably not want to walk around when it’s dark.
