This Hotel was the perfect spot for preparing for an upcoming cruise. Every aspect of the hotel was exactly what we wanted. Although all hotel staff was very customer oriented I must highlight Zhor who worked out front handling luggage etc. as being absolutely incredible. He was absolutely awesome on many occasions. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location. The staff welcoming and friendly & always with a smile to greet upon entering and leaving. Rooms were very comfortable, a/c was cold and bathrooms very nice. Loved it. Rooftop bar even better altho we only got to go once nectar were so tired after a long full day of tours. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Very clean with easy access to everything

Hotel was beautiful with a great location. Staff was wonderful, they were an A+. When we checked in the room was heavily scented. Too much scent. We figured out why… because when we started the AC the air the blew smelled like sewer. Also our queen bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together which was not comfortable as there was a dip in the center.
