Beds were terribly uncomfortable since they did not have a king size available when I booked I picked 2 queen size.. what I ended up with was two singles and a sofa sleeper. I thought it was strange that they had pushed two singles together to make a king thinking that might be normal I paid no mind... However upon looking on the flight home I realized the room was not correct.

Great hotel. Amazing location. You can’t beat the location of the hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar with gorgeous views. The rooms need to be remodeled and updated a little but otherwise everything else was great. Stuff was helpful and extremely professional. Thank you for the great stay

This is a great hotel; very conveniently located; we were able to walk to many popular spots from there. Very clean, and a decent sized room. The hotel was quite upscale IMO. Nice rooftop & restaurant. Can's say enough about staff, super friendly and helpful.

No extra toilet tissue provided when roll was half gone. Attention to that detail is a priority. No washcloths provided with towels. Bed cover had stains on it but didn’t use it.

The hotel was beautiful and quite. You felt nice and safe, I felt that you could walk to so many places and so many places to eat The roof top bar and resturant was great, our waiter Luna was so sweet. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Second stay at Condes de Barcelona
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The service is excellent, Axel, Daniel and Juan Ignacio really have great customer service and are always willing to help. The room was big but did not have impact windows so we could here the noise from the neighborhood. The room and hotel are very clean, the lighting in the hallway was a little too dark. Really the only downside of this room was the poor quality of the pillows but everything else was fine.

The service was excellent. Axel, Daniel, Juan Ignacio really have great customer service and really want to make the visitors' stay memorable. The room was very comfortable and the impact windows are great. The pool was nice and overlooked parts of Barcelona. The rooftop restaurant had a good selection of items and everything was well prepared. The view was great. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations for dining, tours, etc. . Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Morning breakfast and rooftop bar/restaurant. were very convenient. Location can’t be beat. Many shopping and dining options nearby, and easy to get a cab to more distant sites.

The hotel location is in the middle of the best shopping and dining in Barcelona. It is 20 to 25 minutes by taxi from the port or airport. The property is esthetically appealing with a very contemporary look. The rooftop restaurant and bar are fantastic and a popular meeting place. The breakfast is very nice with a well-planned buffet. The staff is very professional and helpful.
