They advertise there is laundry at the hotel which isn't true. The parking is a joke, 20 euro a day and it's ridiculous getting in and out. every time you want to leave you have to get a ticket from the front desk.

Located in a more artsy area of Barcelona and still very close by bike to get to Sagrada Familia. Room was small but expected for European hotels. It was a busy hotel with lots of guests from all over the world, and it was during Eurocup so it was fun to see the guests getting excited and having wine and food at the restaurant. The pool is small and kids sometimes splash around and dive so that was annoying for the adult swimmers. Would be nice if there was a sign to tell kids not to dive. Great view from the roof where the pool is. Some nice restaurants and bars walking distance. Bike rental was a really great perk (with cost). Shower was good. I recommend it.

Very good service and very clean hotel. The property is next to metro station making the commuting to the city centre very easy. The neighbourhood not so great though as there are not so many things to do. However, it is a safe neighborhood. The breakfast was very good.

Great staff, place is not as close to things as we had hoped. Anything touristy was about a 20-30 minute walk, which in the grand scheme is great if you have a full day planned but if you wanted to sightsee during the day and then go back again later at night it was a bit of a trek. If you’re prepared to Uber or bus, the location is good. The AC in the rooms were okay, by the end of the week it seemed our stuff was damp and things wouldn’t dry properly in the room.

Great staff. Check-in was smooth. Very comfy bed! We loved the rooftop pool, with the bar lounge and big pool towels. After we checked out, we were still allowed to use the pool, which was a big plus for us. One block from the metro (L4) made visiting points of interest very convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent, modern hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, food was nice, especially the carrot soup! Grateful they were still serving food late at night after our flight was delayed. Close to metro which is convenient. Extensive views from roof.

The telephone in our room did not work. We reported it to the front desk on our way out and they said they would take care of it. On our return hours later it still did not work Reported it again. And they said they would take care of it. Never did. They also could use better quality towels. A very nice breakfast was included and the staff was very nice.

A 15-20 minute walk from major sights. However the Metro station makes everything easily accessible. Area is safe, always people going in and out of the metro. Clean and bright hotel 24/7 bar and food. Pint is only €5 which for a major city hotel is very reasonable.
