Extremely happy with my choice of this hotel
I cannot say enough about this hotel. It is pricey but it is very much worth it. The rooms were well laid out and the beds were so comfortable. Having a deep bathtub as well as a separate shower was awesome, as I like a good soak before bed. The breakfast was fantastic, with anything from asian dumplings to fresh fruits, at least 15 kinds of breads and pastries and endless supplies of Iberian ham and cheeses. Cappacinos were excellent. The hotel location is wonderful, in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of both the Miro Museum and the Catalan Art Museum as well as amazing gardens that have a wonderful variety of plants and cacti. I could go on and on but.....

Very clean and away from busy tourist areas. Hop on bus and castle nearby. Breakfast was very good, lots of options but evening menu limited unless you want gourmet food.

Very nice hotel. Large! With everything appearing new and up to date. Large hotel room with separate bathroom area with bath and shower separate. Wanted to dine at the fancy restaurant but seemed a bit too intimidating for a walking the city tourist like myself.

This was a very average hotel. The rooms were just average in my opinion. The service was not great either. The breakfast selection was not great at all. I ordered an omelette and waited for over 1/2 hour and had to ask twice what was going on only for them to bring the wrong thing and not even an apology they just went about their business. No one cared.

Excellent service, lodging (less many many finishing deficiencies in the suites), and atmosphere. Beautiful terrace, small, clear outdoor pool, good room service (less one gent who provided awful service), and strong dining options. Elevators worked well. We recommend the suite terrace

The InterContinetal Hotel was fabulous! Gorgeous and clean. Beautiful roof top bar/restaurant. I would love to stay there again.
