I came from Canada where I spent more than 6 months between the cold and the snow, I discovered this gem of a city called Vilassar del Mar (20 km from Barcelona), its people are very very friendly, it is safe, quiet, you can visit a different beach every day by train (it is 1.1 km away from home), you can walk to the train and you can find several groceries stores , restaurants etc.The house is perfect for a family (even 2), since it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace for barbecues, the owner was in communication with me all the time, very kind! It was definitely a very good decision to come here, maybe some people like downtown more, but my trip with children focused on beaches and more beaches and visiting downtown by train several times after a day at the beach. I recommend it and I am sure I will return, even more so when the beers on the beach cost me 2.5 € (3.8 CAD)

Lovely beach home

Great place for a short stay for 3 adults, we all had separate beds and rooms with all the comforts of home. Clean 2 story beach home with roof top terrace, very well equipped. In a safe quiet area close to all amenities. Hosts were very gracious and helpful with providing directions and suggestions of the area, made our stay very pleasant!

Quiet, clean, cute row house in nice neighborhood

Very clean and comfortable place to stay near beach and train. About 0.7 mile to train to Barcelona and beach area. Great shops, groceries and restaurants in neighborhood. Easy check in with lock box worked out great for us as we were not sure of arrival time. Public parking lot was about 2 blocks away or street parking if available. Was perfect place for my husband and I to stay and wish we had more time to see this beautiful area!

Jolie location

Jolie maisonnette, propre et agréable, bien située par rapport à la plage et le centre. Hôtesse très gentille. Barcelone accessible rapidement en train.Mais difficultés pour se garer, peu de places, encore moins non payantes et beaucoup sont réservées aux résidents.Ne pas se garer à la gare! Notre voiture a été cambriolée alors que nous étions à la plage en attendant que notre location soit libre. Plus aucun bagage!!!

Super schöne Wohnung in ruhige Lage

Der Aufenthalt war Super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer eine sofortige RM erhalten. Die Wohnung war sauber und super gepflegt. Voyage à Barcelone

C'était très bien, propre et bien aménagé. Très tranquille, loin des turbulences des grande ville. Pour aller à la plage, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit, de plus il faut passer dans un tunnel pour passer sous les voie ferrées. Par contre il faut prévoir une bonne marche 1 km pour se rendre au logement, aussi les autobus de la ville ne prenne pas les billets acheté en ville de Barcelone, ils faut prévoir 2.55 euro par personne.

Das Haus als solches ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Klima - 2 weitere ohne Klima. Ein Zimmer ist so klein, dass man die Türe nicht richtig öffnen oder schließen kann und der "Kleiderschrank" für das Zimmer ist auf dem Flur. Die Terrasse könnte aufgefrischt werden und die Markise repariert/ausgetauscht, sodass man dort gemütlich sitzen kann, vorausgesetzt die Stühle auf der Terrasse werden ausgetauscht, diese sind völlig durchgesessen. Im Haus riecht es andauernd ziemlich unangenehm nach Abwasser/Gulli. Die Küche war soweit okay, auch wenn Gläser mehr oder weniger vorhanden waren. Spülmaschine und Herd waren TOP. Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer waren wirklich gut und gemütlich. Die Matratzen der Betten sind okay und in den zwei Zimmern ohne Klima war jeweils ein Ventilator vorhanden. Die beiden Badezimmer sind recht klein und ausreichend umd sich schnell kalt abzuduschen und die Zähne zu putzen. Zum Strand waren es ca. 15 Min. Fußweg Bergab - war okay - mit nem Eis in der Hand überbrückt man den Rückweg Bergauf leicht. :-)

Maison de ville idéale pour 6

Nous avons pu profiter de cette maison bien placée dans la ville et également bien située par rapport à Barcelone. Des hôtes très agréables. La maison convient parfaitement à 6 adultes.
