Wonderful Stay
Our room was the Atic top floor, very roomy, balcony was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy, in fact loved the pillows made note of the manufacturer so we could get some for home use. HVac worked well. Room was quiet, breakfast was excellent - probably one of the best we have been to. Actually one of the best stay and room ever. Staff were very attentive and helpful, turn down service in the evening, always made sure we had water, supplies etc. No complaints what so ever, would definitely stay at this hotel again. Close to attractions, shopping and lots of cafes in area. We ranked this hotel a 10

Great hotel, great neighborhood!
This hotel was fabulous and in a great neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. The room was well appointed, lots of room to unpack and the bathroom setup was great for a couple. Included breakfast was amazing. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Everything was good. Staff were attentive, efficient and polite. Breakfast was too notch. On the other hand, room lights were confusing and the room telephone did not work. Minor stuff. If they were to have a sauna and jacuzzi it will put this hotel over the top. Thank you for making our 47th anniversary memorable.

Beautiful, clean, great staff. If you're really sensitive to scents, you may want to request a scent free environment ahead of time. Had my room lights go wonky my last night there and no one seemed to know what to do or to concerned about it. But otherwise a beautiful, comfortable place to stay
