VILLA ANDREA with swimming pool

VILLA ANDREA is a modern house under construction and ready for spring 2020; it consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room kitchen area and a large porch and a garden with a salt-water swimming pool. The house also has an underground garage for two cars. The proximity to the center of Bardolino, reachable on foot, the lake view and the real estate context in which it is inserted makes it an exclusive property suitable for families with children or couples of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. Pets are not allowed and due to the shape of the garden the house is not suitable for disabled people. Inside the building complex, located in another villa, I have been renting another property called APARTMENT ALEA for years. As soon as I can, I will post the photographs of the new house.

Wonderful Place!
What an amazing villa and in a great location. The villa was beautiful and was very spacious for our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 3). The outside space was lovely and we managed to watch the sunset from the roof terrace. Great communication with the host. Would definately recommend this villa.

Tolles Anwesen
Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, vor allem aber besticht das Anwesen mit seinem Garten, der tollen Terrasse und dem Pool mit Seeblick. Die Haus liegt total ruhig, aber dennoch fußläufig zum Städtchen, so dass man schnell überall ist. Wir waren zwei Paare, dafür war das Haus ideal! Auch das Nachsenden eines vergessenen Gerätes hat prima geklappt. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Andrea.

wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Bardolino in einem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Bungalow mit Pool. Traumhaus in toller Lage
Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie auf den Bildern und liegt sehr zentral, sodass man zu Fuss ca 10 Minuten im Ortskern von Bardolino ist. Das Haus war tiptop sauber, der Garten, die Terrasse und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder !

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr neu und super schön gestaltet / eingerichtet. Für einen Familienurlaub mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby genau das richtige. Wir hatten Mitte Mai super Wetter und konnten täglich den Pool nutzen. Bis zum Zentrum von Bardolino sind es nur 15 Gehminuten. Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!
