Shops are nearby, fine sandy beach opposite the Channel islands with magnificent sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, nice decoration, lawn of 400m2 with big terrace that enables you to have breakfast under the sun or in the shade, depending on your choice, private parking. Quiet location, wild for those who like the sea, relaxation, nature, great hiking paths, especially the "Chemin des Douaniers" on the Cap de Carteret. At low tide, you have the possibility to go fishing (oysters, mussels, shrimp, and lobsters). This house enables you to spend nice holidays with family or friends, to taste excellent seafood and to recharge your batteries.

Tolle Urlaubswoche
Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die junge Dame die sich um das Haus kümmert ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt problemlos. Haus, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist gut, in zwei Minuten ist man am Strand, Barneville-Carteret ist eine Reise wert. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert. Das Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet, es war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern bestens geeignet da es auch ein großes Außengelände mit Spielhaus bietet.

Sommerferien in der Normandie
2 Wochen bei gemischtem Wetter am Meer. In der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen, Strände, Märkte und Ausflugsziele. Besonders gefiel uns der Lindbergh-Plage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Barneville.

rust en dicht bij zee
Voor 2 personen prima. Knus huisje met grote, afgesloten tuin. Goede bedden, rustig, in 2 minuten loop je naar zee. Aardige ontvangst en rondleiding in huis. Hier en daar wat verouderde spullen die aan vernieuwing toe zijn, bv koekenpannen. Makkelijke stoelen zijn te klein voor grotere mensen(1.80) Meer dan genoeg borden, glazen etc. Leuke omgeving, vooral om te wandelen. We hebben genoten.

Einfach schön
Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Tolle Lage, tolles und sauberes Haus mit schönem Grundstück, nette Vermieter und Armelle, die uns vor Ort herzlich in Empfang genommen hat und bei Fragen/Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit war. Das war unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Normandie und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le descriptif mentionne 2 salle de bain 1salle de bain renseignée au lieu de mentionner 1 salle d'eau, couchage 6 pers: absence de description du couchage, des rubriques non renseignées : piscine et spa, bain à remous, golf......etc etc...désillusion à l'arrivée.

sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus sauber und wohnlich ein gerichtet. Dusche könnte mal überholt werden
wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht alles da was man braucht. Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. ein kleines Manko, wenig ablegmöglichkeiten für Unser Wäsche. wie oben erwähnt müsste die Dusche mal überholt werden.kaum Wasserdruck. sonst war alees zu unserer Zufriedenheit. das beste kurze Wege zum Strand. haben jeden Abend noch einenAbendspaziergang am Strand (Ebbe) oder an der Pronenade (bei Flut) gemacht.

Alles gut. Waren sehr zufrieden. Einzige Überraschung war , dass es zum Schluss eine Wasser und Strom Abrechnung gab die nicht angekündigt war. War Zufall, dass wir Bargeld da hatten. Beim nächsten Mal wissen wir ja Bescheid.

Verzorgde, ruime vakantiewoning. Aangename tuin met leuk speelhuisje voor de kinderen. Strand op wandelafstand, alsook een klein speeltuintje. Kortom, perfect voor een rustige gezinsvakantie.

Schönes Haus und nette Hausdame
Das Haus war super sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die nette Hausdame war sehr nett und vor allem unkompliziert - sowohl bei unserer Ankunft als auch bei unserer Abreise. Die Straße ist an sich sehr ruhig, manchmal störten die Hunde des/der Nachbarn schon etwas. Es ist ein gutes Gefühl, dass man das Auto direkt vor dem Haus und auch hinter der abschließbaren Roll-Hoftür parken kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend. Leider gab es nur 2 Fahrräder und wir waren zu viert dort. Was für uns etwas ungewöhnlich war: Der Vermieter kam während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Reparatur einiger defekter Teile ins Haus. Die Hausdame kündigte ihn aber vorher an. Und wir stimmten zu. Er war zufällig in der Gegend und war auch sehr nett. Er hat uns sogar Gemüse mitgebracht. Die defekten Teile waren für uns jedoch nicht so wichtig. Doch er konnte alle reparieren! Merci M. Leriche :-) Die WCs sind ok. Leider gibt es nur ein kleines Bad - aber es war für 4 Leute gerade ausreichend. Die Küche mit dem Essraum ist sehr schön. Auch der direkte Ausgang auf die Terrasse und in den Garten gefiel uns sehr. Das kleine TV-Gerät empfängt übrigens auch deutsche Programme - man muss in der Sender-Liste nur weiter nach hinten gehen. Ich schreibe dies, weil der Vermieter anfangs sagte, dass es nur französische Programme gäbe. Der Internet-Empfang ist prima und liegt bei ca. 20 MBit/s. Es gab keinen Internet-Ausfall. Herd und Spülmaschine sind gut! Ein bisschen mehr Essbesteck hätten wir uns schon gewünscht. Der Kühlschrank ist super! Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist der Holzboden im 1. Stock: Wenn man also nachts mal raus muss, weckt man das ganz Haus, denn der Boden knarzt ohne Ende. Leider fehlten auch diverse Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern. Jedoch gibt es Nieschen mit Kleiderbügel. Die Fenster sind alle super dicht und modern - es kann ja schließlich auch mal recht heftig stürmen dort. Bei 4 Personen hätten wir uns auch 4 Sonnenliegen gewünscht; so konnten immer nur 2 Personen sich sonnen. Der Sternenhimmel dort ist eine Wucht: Wenn die Straßenbeleuchtung ausgeschaltet wird, stört keine fremde Lichtquelle den Blick zum Sternenhimmel. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Haus. Schon der liebe Empfang durch die nette Hausdame, die übrigens auch in der Nähe wohnt, ließ uns unseren Urlaub sehr gut starten. Vielen Dank!

Arriver et départ bien organiser, la maison est tout confort, la mer est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Magasin et restaurants multiples mais il faut prendre la voiture. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

Hier gab es endlich einmal gar nichts zu kritisieren. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Betreuung von Madame Cardon...einfach gut. Wir haben sogar die Ferien um einen Tag verlängert, so gut hat es uns gefallen. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, très propre avec magnifique jardin arboré ; accueil chaleureux de la correspondante sur place. Idéalement située dans le cotentin pour faire du tourisme. Avons également apprécié le calme du quartier et la proximité de la plage lors de notre séjour en juin 2017. Adresse à recommander.
