Do not stay if you want back pain
I had to be changed rooms twice because there is a nasty odor / smell / mold. Perhaps the most uncomfortable/unpleasant bed I have ever slept in a hotel, period. I reserved 2 rooms for my wife and I and the other for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. The beds are so uncomfortable I have a bad back pain. Not worth the hassle to stay at this hotel. Buyer beware!

Good hotel
I thought this was a good hotel and I had a pleasant stay. The room wasn’t large, but as a solo traveler it suited me just fine. Clean with hot water, A/C, and no bugs. If I ever find myself back in Barranquilla, I would definitely stay here again.

I had 2 Passports (Colombian and US) but when checking-in I showed the passport without the immigration stamp as I was unaware the stamp was on the other Passport. Front desk woman charged me a tourist fee without even asking or saying a word. When bringing this up, she just told me to contact the hotel manager.

I didn’t enjoy this hotel visit at all. I say find something else early. Don’t be like me. The rooms are insanely small and uncomfortable. It’s a great last second hotel but should never be in your top 10 when visiting Barranquilla

I travel for a living and on Vacations. Over 60-different hotels in the past 3-months. The front fest staff is Wonderful and Friendly even during Carnival the busiest & most stressful time on the year. Clean ,dependable & in a nice part of the city, at a great price. You can’t go wrong.

I’ve been traveling in Colombia regularly for ten years now. Surprisingly even durning Carnival the staff of the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. Highly recommended in a nice area of the city.
