We spent 2 nights at this property for my sisters Birthday. our room was very spacious and clean. Super quiet too! Breakfast was good, coffee excellent. The pool was amazing and all 3 times we went down to use it, we were the only ones there!! If I had one suggestion it would be some better instructions for the television. We couldn't find a guide anywhere, and I couldn't see an option for netflix. A nice relaxing stay!

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, but the hotel itself and rooms are very dated and is in need of several upgrades and repairs. I didn’t match the “Hampton” footprint, and what I expected from a Hampton property.

This hotel is our favourite in Barrie. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast options and atmosphere are great. We love the pool and hot tub and the gym facilities.

Two consistent issues were the sound. First, there was a high-pitched sound when turning on the shower. I feared some pipe or part was going to burst. It went away about 2 min into the shower, but that's gotta be waking up people in the surrounding rooms. There was some irregular noise, sounding in the room--it would come and go, not loud, but noticeable. It wasn't the air conditioning or fridge. Something coming from behind the walls. I didn't get much sleep during my stay. Other than this, no problems.

Accessible washrooms are so much easier ... so many motels have short toilets and no grab bars...im not in a wheek chair, just aging and my hip give me trouble. Also your breakfast was very nice.
