Check in went smooth and rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk was dealing with customer issues that should not have been happening in front of checking in guests. Location is good and would stay here again.

The room I was in was extremely noisy due to traffic and thin windows. The water from the tap in the bathtub was brown. The tv remote didnā€™t work. I checked in late, changed for bed and encountered all these issues. I didnā€™t request another room because I was too tired to change and go back downstairs. I wonā€™t be staying here again.

Moved out of original room as bathroom fan was broken and making a loud screeching noise that was intolerable also heating was not working. The next room smelled of mildew and tub was plugged. At this point in evening I sucked it up feeling defeated. Not a good experience.

Great that it's right on the highway but that makes it loud. Couldn't get the fan to stay on to mask it. Very large accessible room with lots of space, one chair plus desk/desk chair, small microwave & fridge, large accessible bathroom. Noisy location. I could see a stain on the mattress through the mattress cover so I slept on the sheet, bed was a bit hard for me. But the place is overall well kept for its age, floors clean and new carpet, clean bathroom, comfortable, giant double closet and large dresser if you're staying awhile (I wasn't). Nothing much of note here. Night staff was very nice. Continental breakfast.

The Stafford Uber friendly very helpful and courteous! Any items I needed were promptly delivered to my room or give it to me at the front desk! The breakfast was decent for the price unfortunately it's only open for breakfast on the weekend! It was conveniently located by the highway and about 5 minutes from other dining facilities! The pool is small I have the hot tub in the room which is good and everything worked well the bed was soft the pillows were great had a great night's sleep good place to stay

Skip the hot breakfast
The hot breakfast was not worth the $8. The home style potatoes were dry and hard, and the eggs were terrible. Better off going to Tim Hortons next door for a farmerā€™s wrap. However the stay at the hotel was overall good.
