No refund for a reservation due to a death
Smoke alarm went off at about 4:00 am. Woke us up for sure. I believe my CPAP machine might have set it off. Turned machine off and alarm went off. Back to sleep. We had a death in the family so we arrived at 2:00 am 18th. We had made reservations for the night of the 18th but ended up paying for two nights. We were hoping for a refund for one night which we did not use.

The buildings around the hotel were in poor repair and I was concerned about safety. The hotel itself was clean, great beds and a nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Especially the morning breakfast staff.

Great hotel
We have stayed in this hotel numerous times since we make lots of trips to Bartlesville to see grandkids. The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean! Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location too.

I asked for a king room which I got but then it says sleeps 3 so it should have had a sleeper couch. It didn’t and my son had to sleep on a lounge chair. So that false advertising in the description of the room because it only sleeps 3. Then there were some homeless people behind the QT.
