This was a nice cottage for our family of 6 to enjoy the white mountains. The main living area was great. Wish there were a few more fans downstairs for the bedrooms just to circulate the air a bit more.

Third stay. Always clean. Great location—close to Pinkham, close to N.Conway, close to hiking trails off of Rt. 302. Still wish there were better lamps for reading. There are really none. We got shut out from hiking for 2.5 days due to rain—would have been nice to read. Still, we really enjoy staying there.

Cozy, fall weekend!
Loved this house! Just a weekend away with family and our 2 year for relaxation, some hiking and enjoying the surroundings! Great location for walks/hikes. Close to downtown North Conway for shopping, playground, train station and restaurants! House was great! Very clean, had everything we needed! Very easy to ask questions if needed. Would love to come back some day!

Just OK
This cabin offers great access to town, trails, and plenty of great outdoor activities. The fire pit is excellent and it have a very nice kitchen with essentials. The cabin itself is not very clean. Lots and lots of bugs (ants, beetles, mosquitos, gnats, etc.), both dead and alive, all around the inside of the house. The carpets and rugs are visible stained and smell terrible, as does the couch. The beds are flimsy and creaky. The location of the cabin is not private at all. Your have neighbors with unobstructed views on all sides accept the rear of the home. The check in instructions were incorrect, leaving us waiting outside the cabin for 30 min while we tried to connect with someone from VRBO or Vacasa. They definitely need to install some pest control measures. I am quite disappointed in the actual experience as compared to the public listing and certainly would not revisit this cabin. The area, however, definitely. Just somewhere else.

4 of us plus our dog stayed here. We all enjoyed the place. Very clean. Communication with the host was perfect...help if you needed(which we didn't) otherwise not intrusive. Easy, quick check-in. Great place for a ski vacation; a sizeable mudroom for your ski stuff. Perfect living area. So close to Attitiash mountain & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Even interested in coming during other seasons.

We had the greatest stay here! We loved the cozy home and it was equipped with everything we needed. Great private location, we brought our dog and she loved it too. We had a snow storm through our stay which made the property look unbelievably beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We've been coming to the Bartlett/Glen area10+ years. We will definitely keep this house on our go to list. It was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable. My kids were very happy to have their own rooms (with a tween girl and young boy, private rooms are becoming a necessity). Perfect location. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog. The dog policy is very welcoming. LOVED enjoying my morning coffee (and evening beer) on the front deck. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, comfortable home with visitors.

Perfect getaway
Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway for my husband and I with the dog. Location is perfect- close to skiing, hiking, shopping and restaurants. The house is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back and would highly recommend this property.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable
I loved this little house. It was a perfect place for a solo getaway. The living space was so cozy and warm. The bed was comfy and it was close to the ski lifts and hiking. I only wished I was able to stay longer. 2 things I would suggest is if you want to watch TV upstairs you need an instruction guide for the Roku. Also, if you want to fire be sure to bring your own wood. Other than that... I would rent here again!!!!!

Had a great late fall getaway. House is adorable and as described. Pet friendly which was a huge plus! Location was good. Close to North Conway, on the Saco river. Had some nice hikes and walks. Neighbors are friendly in the neighborhood.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the Saco river and Mt. Stanton Trailhead. Beds were very comfortable and Kitchen and Bathrooms were nicely updated. Layout is efficient and nicely decorated. Our two dogs also had a great time and had a lot of room in the yard to run around.
