Great place to stay. In my 30 years of travel I don't recall ever meeting a hotel GM. Alan was there working with guests on the key change going on and being in involved with the operations. This was obvious because his staff was very involved with the guests too.

It’s the little conveniences that were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room. We were dressing for a wedding so that was a disappointment. There was a card hanging with a request to reuse bath towels, or something like that, but there were no towel bars in the bathroom. No nightlight. The body wash container came off the wall in the shower. The toilet was constantly running and probably had a small leak since the grout on the floor around the toilet was wet. We were not wowed by anything at this facility.
