A one bedroom flat situated just a few minutes from beautiful Bath city centre (10 mins walk to the Roman Baths).
As Superhosts, we know how to make your stay extra special! We've put a lot of thought into the amenities you need and what makes a place comfortable - enjoy complimentary goodies whilst relaxing in front of Netflix, before settling into a King bed with new Eve mattress and pillows.
The flat is situated on the ground floor in a period building, with a communal entrance hallway.
The open plan living space has recently been updated and enjoys third floor views. The kitchen has all amenities needed to cook your own meal.
The bathroom has recently been renovated and offers a large bath and strong pressured rain shower, heated towel rail and plenty of natural light.
Self check-in is available 24hrs a day via key safe. Access codes will be text to you via the Airbnb app before 3pm on the day of check-in.
Being centrally located there will be some background noise from Wells Road and the train line to the rear of the property. The flat has double glazed windows throughout to minimise noise and blackout curtains.
You have exclusive access to the flat during your stay. The entrance hall in the building is communal.
We'll be available via the Airbnb app or phone during your stay. We live close to the property incase of an emergency.
Ideally located within a few minutes walk to Bath city centre, the flat is close to all Bath has to offer - only an 11 min walk through town to Bath Abbey and 10 mins to the Thermae Spa. A 12 min walk in the other direction takes you to Alexandra Park with spectacular views across Bath.
You will find a Sainsburys supermarket within a 6 min walk as well as all amenities at Southgate Shopping Centre.
The flat is a 7 minute walk to Bath Spa train station and 6 minute walk to Bath bus station. You can walk to all the key Bath attractions from the flat, however if you decide to drive we can provide a complimentary parking permit, which will allow you to park in any available residents parking bay within Zone 4. There are 24 of these bays a few steps from the flat, and more in the surrounding area.
Bath’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) is now operational, however the CAZ doesn’t apply to most private vehicles regardless of emissions. If you are driving a van or other large vehicle, we recommend checking this on their website.
The window in the living space can open fully which is lovely on a summers day, however this is a potential hazard for children. Please do not sit on the window ledge. The window may be opened a crack instead (instructions in room).

Nice little flat!
We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments.

Great position
So close to everything. Communication with owners was excellent. Location is between a road and railway line but we loved train watching with views of Bath behind and weren’t disturbed by the noise. Free parking near the door was a bonus but we didn’t use the car, just walked to all attractions. Thankyou Zoe and Rob.
