The room was abit small but was fine for one night. But the carpet is very dirty and needs to be removed. Beds were ok and everything else was clean. Breakfast was the usual but was good and staff kept refilling. Overall if the carpet wasn't so dirty it would have gotten a higher rating

Nothing unique, basic hotel expectations barely met. Sheets had multiple blood stains so thankfully we had brought a comforter from home. Mattress on the bed was really old and had metal wires on the sides sticking out, scratched my leg when getting up. Pillows old and deflated. Dust left in obvious places (Facial tissue box holder). Carpet floor didn't feel clean either. Bathtub also had obvious dirty spots. Our first stay here and probably the last. Breakfast was ok, eggs too salty. Convenient we could bring our dog is sadly one of the only positive things I can say. Front desk staff young lady in training was super nice and helpful, gentleman with her was quite rude.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is up to date in my opinion. Seems clean and smells good. Don’t know what a black light would reveal. Saw a dark colour spot about the size of an orange, but shaped like USA at the bottom of my top sheet. It was very faint. The AC was way too cold when I first arrived. Luckily I was able to turn it down.

Will never stay there again. We were there at 3 to check in and we had to wait in our vehicle for 1 hour to get in our room apparently no towels. When we got in at 4 still no towels. We had booked for 2 nights after the first night our keys didn’t work. No one at desk to help. Had to wait in our vehicle again. Day two we asked for clean towels and once again no towels. Must be a towel shortage in Bathurst. Cleaning staff was very rude.

The hotel had a large tour bus group in the previous day and were behind in getting the rooms ready. Check in was slow, but we were able to get our room, the towels arrived about an hour later. There is no elevator so we had to carry our stuff up the stairs to the second floor. The desk chair needs new gas as the seat kept sinking. The place is dated but it works. Surprisingly they had a decent hot breakfast which was a plus. There are a few food options near by. We chose an asian venue for take out and it was quite good.
