First room was hot as hell no knobs on the air condition then the room stinks smell like cigarettes and pillows stained up bugs in the room I just wish I wudve stayed at the Microtel airport they wudnt switch my stay I won’t be back think wisely when choosing airline 🙅

When I arrived for check in no one was at the desk to let me in the door. The ice machine is out of order. The air conditioning in the room was actually turned off when I arrived, in July? Luckily the room cooled down quickly. It was a cheap place to lay my head, but with absolutely no amenities

Very skeptical about trying agian
We did not end up staying. The first room we had was not clean the bathroom door had a hole in it. All of the pictures on hotels.com were not accurate. The lobby was bare the second roo. They gave us the air conditioning did not work. We let after that and were told we would get a refund but they did not give a reciept showing it. And i have not recieved one yet. After contacting hotels.com they told us that was not there issue since we paid the hotel. I am not impressed with the accuracy of what hotel.com shows on places we are going to stay at.

""RUN, RUN"" THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL IN HISTORY AND MANAGERMENT, UPON OUR CHECK IN OUR ROOM BATHTUB WERE DIRTY,DIRTY WALLS, HOTEL SMELLS VERY BAD MICROWAVE OVEN DID NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE PLATE, NO TV REMOTE, GERMAN COCKROACHES, REFREGITOR DONT COOL,NO IRON IN ROOM, ASK ROOM SERVICE FOR AN ANOTHER IRON IT DID NOT WORK, THEY SAID THAT ALL THEY HAVE, WIFE COULD NOT SLEEP 1ST NIGHT, ASK FOR REFUND MANAGER SAID NO REFUND, WE HAD TO CHECK OUT ON SATURDAY TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL, ANOTHER GUEST CAME TO SPEAK TO THE HOTEL STAFF AS I WERE TELLING THEM MY STORY AND TOLD THEM THAT HE HAD ROACHES IN HIS FOOD, IT WERE UNACCEPTIABLE, THE STAFF SAID THAT THEY COULD'NT DO ANYTHING, THIS HOTEL NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AN A COMPLETE REMODEL

We stayed in a handicap accessible room with walk-in shower. There was plenty of room for a wheelchair to move around and access the bathroom as well as the bed.

Booked for 2 nights. Arrived and immediately smelled pot outside in the parking lot. Once in the room, we killed 4 roaches within 10 minutes of entering. I immediately notified the gentleman at the desk that we wanted to cancel our 2nd night and would be finding another option. He told he would cancel the following morning for me when checking out. The next morning, he said Expedia would have to issue the refund for the 2nd night but that he would take care of it. No refund has been issued.
