This place is disgusting. The room we were in was obviously smoked in, the bedding worn and stained, the towels, at least the few they gave you, were threadbare and stained. We spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and the paper towel came up black. Corners all had muck in them - one corner in the bathroom even had a fake fingernail in it! We had arrived when it was dark, and in the light of day, you could see trash all around the property, everything from fast food trash to socks in the bushes. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Nice and quiet inside rooms. Affordable and secure. Inside has a large area that gives you countryside outdoors, great to relax. Definitely worth staying when in the area.

The room was filthy with stains all over both sets of sheets on the beds. No towels and when given, they had brown stains. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and mats and our own blankets. It was that bad!!!

This hotel is old and rundown. The whole place smells like wet carpet. There was a hole in the lobby roof near the elevator. The elevator smells like burnt plastic. The room was lack luster to say the least. Very dated and creepy feeling. Not a bar of soap to even wash your hands in the bathroom. Two shampoos though… We came here for an LSU game and will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Nice but could use some work
The room was nice and spacious but they did have some things wrong I noticed. Both vending machines were out of order, the ice machine worked but didn't make ice, the door knob to leave the room was broken to were when you pulled it to leave it would come completely off, and the floor was sticky.

The pictures on Expedia tells a lie about this place ! It’s old , outdated, seems run down . You can tell this used to be a beautiful hotel, but probably the older owners died, and whomever bought it over or they l ft it in care of has done a poor job of keeping this place at a beautiful standard! It needs a complete renovation both inside and out , when we first got there, some girls wearing little to nothing were coming out , so I’m not sure if this place is mostly used for prostetution. But this place needs to be rated a 2 out of 10. I only stayed because I didn’t have enough funds at the time to go rent a better hotel for the night . There were old food inside the refrigerator also, linens were stained. Whomever is in charge of this place needs to do much better ! I felt disgusted staying there ! And the room smelled like cigarette smoke and I had my 7 year old daughter with me I couldn’t wait for morning to come to run the heck out of that run down dingy crappy place !! And the wild thing about it , is that the place has the opportunity to be such a beautiful hotel ! But it’s poorly cared for ! My family was very displeased with staying there! The lamps were broken and some didn’t work. This place seemed like it didn’t get a renovation from since it was first built! So everything is old and dusty and dingy ! And the guy at the front desk looked dingy and like he was in another world or something ! No customer service skills !

The lights didnt work in the room. The valet wrecked my truck, and the manager refused to come speak to me in person. They made me and the driver fill out written reports on a blank piece of paper with my name, number, room number, and email on it and said the risk management team would get back to me. I never heard back again and have been working 7 days a week so disnt have time to call them. I have too many speeding tickets to make a claim so i cant afford to do that. It was over $1000 In damages so my brand new truck just looks dumb now. I highly do not recommend staying here due to management. I was trying to stop the driver the whole time but he wrecked it anyway from not paying attention/not being able to drive a 1500 size truck.

Floor dirty, doors dirty, shower curtain moldy and gross. I found used condoms in a bag. 2 of the lamps didn’t even have bulbs. Everything was worn and needed replacing. The whole building smelled of stale cigarettes. We were rushed for time to get to a comedy show so we made do. I did bring staff in before we left to show them. Run from this place!!!

Overall not bad at all for the location. It was quite had a comfortable king size bed. The amenities could have been better they did not offer breakfast in the morning the pool was not open and obviously hasn't been for a while. The price was definitely fair and I will most definitely be going back again in the future

Current hotel appearance does not look as pictured online. Tried to cancel reservation but their phone is disconnected. Went to the hotel in person to cancel. No one was at the front desk to assist me. Strong smell of cigarettes also they say they prohibit smoking. Felt uncomfortable staying there
