Cozy apartment in beautiful village
The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village. Gérard was most excellent with communicating to us!! Excellent host

Knuffig Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum
Also sauber ist was anderes …. Nur ein grosses Handtuch für 5 Tage….Aber alles andere war gut, Zentrale Lage, Heizung top - bei kälteren Temperaturen sehr von Vorteil- gerade im unterirdischen Schlafzimmer. Wir mögen das zweckmässig aber traditionell eingerichtete gerne. Am besten ein zweites Handtuch mitnehmen… dann ist alles OK 😀

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der kleinen Wohnung sehr genossen. Schlafräume befinden sich im Keller, sehr kühl aber auch etwas muffig, aber OK.

Nice and quiet place to stay
The location was great especially when you look for a quiet place. Unfortunately no wifi available and you have to shower in a sitting bath. No cars in the street and friendly people for neighbours. in a few minutes you are at the lake and the boulevard with a variety of restaurants and watersport possibilities.

Très beau séjour
Très jolie maison, bien équipée (sans wifi). Bien située proche plage et commerces. La fraîcheur des chambres est appréciable par 35 degrés. De plus la pierre donne du charme au logement. Le lac et le village sont magnifiques. Bref que de bons souvenirs. Anna qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique.

Maison très bien situé pour découvrir le Verdon et profiter de longues jours de plage
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, la maison est petite, et pas toujours pratique pour accueillir 4 personnes, mais tout est présent. Nous avons apprécié sa fraîcheur pendant les jours chauds et son emplacement. En terme de rangement et propreté, il y avait eu un peu de laisser aller. Je pense qu’il faut revoir l’organisation de la cuisine pour pouvoir nettoyer efficacement, puis ranger les produits de ménage dans 1 seule placard, ça permettrait d’utiliser les autres placards pour ranger. Personnellement je préfère payer un peu plus cher pour le ménage mais que ce soit fait correctement. C’est notre point de critique principale. Mais cela n’a pas gâché nos vacances. Merci pour votre accueil.

Urige und top ausgestattete Wohnung im schönen Mittelalterdorf
Schöne Wohnung mit urigem Flair mitten in den schönsten Gassen von Bauduen! Tolle Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler (inkl. Tabs), Waschmaschine, Toaster, gute Pfannen und Handtüchern... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter und die Anspechpartnerin waren sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar!

Leuk, klein huisje. Midden in het dorp; 4 minuutjes lopen naar het strand en mooie wandelingen rond Bauduen. Wifi was wat magertjes, maar dicht bij het raam goed te doen. 2 Heerlijke weken gehad.....

schöne Altstadt-Wohnung
sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt. Alles vorhanden, teils etwas älter, aber ok! Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, dadurch angenehm kühl. Zuwegung über Treppen und Rampen, eben Altstadt. WLAN etwas schwach, funktioniert mit Aussetzern. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, leider mit wenig Englischkenntnissen

Bauduen est une très jolie ville, le lac est magnifique et nous avons hâte de revenir en vacances ! La location contient le nécessaire (sauf cafetière électrique) plus linge de lit, de toilettes et produits ménagers. Cependant la literie est atroce! Les matelas des enfants sont tellement minces que notre ado à du dormir dans le canapé pour que son petit frère puisse dormir sur les 2 matelas superposés. Quand au lit pour adulte il grince tellement qu'on n'ose même pas se retourner la nuit. Je pense qu'il serait également bien de préciser dans l'annonce que les chambres sont semi - troglodytes donc assez humides et qu'il n'y a aucun accès voiture possible pour s'approcher de la location à moins de 200 mètres. A éviter donc si vous avez des problèmes pour marcher ou si vous êtes asthmatique.

Séjour agréable mais attention au nettoyage
Séjour agréable, appartement correspondant à nos attentes en terme d'équipement. Il serait toutefois judicieux de prévoir une cafetière électrique. Propriétaire très gentil, courtois, qui nous a même proposé de rester 1 ou 2 journée(s) supplémentaire(s) gracieusement afin d'éviter les bouchons du week-end. Par contre, une attention particulière doit être apportée au nettoyage. Salle de bains, WC, cuisine et appareils ménagers (frigo, four) sales à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû faire le ménage en prenant possession de la location. Le propriétaire devrait être plus présent à l'arrivée et/ou au départ des locataires et ne pas laisser cette tâche à la personne en charge de l'entretien de l'appartement.
