A nice three roomed flat thought to give your family a peaceful, relaxing holiday, dipped in an absolutely romantic atmosphere, far away from mass tourism but close to real Sardinian traditions. The terrace is without doubt the best part! It is covered in a typical Sardinian style, with chestnut architraves on which a handmade cane-brake lays on. The terrace has a direct entrance in the garden and will give you unique emotions and romantic moments, nice dinners and chats under the moonlight together with friends and relatives. The spacey and well furnished kitchen is at your disposal and is well supplied with household appliances necessary to prepare savoury dishes. The kitchen is provided with a table, in addition to the porch table, the TV, electric oven and a microwave, Vimini couches and sofas, also outdoor. After a small vestibule you enter in the double room where you can enjoy a sweet and nice rest even during the hottest summer days. Just a short distance ahead, there is a double room for your children or a couple of friends. At last, there is a bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and a Sardinian gray granite washbasin. The front courtyard has an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue. The ideal solution for you, your family, or for a holiday with your friends.

Relaxing Time in Sardinia
The property is a part of a small group of apartments. We really enjoyed our stay in Baunei. The property is a short walk to the centre of the town with a small, but very good selections of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Sardinia is a fantastic place to visit and we loved our base being at Villa Janas

Perfect!
We had an amazing time in Baunei and Mario&Annanaria's apartment. The flat is very clean, modern and does not lack on personal feel (which we like a lot when being abroad) The apartment had many mindfully chosen items I. E. Pegs, scissors. Which showed that the hosts put themselves into others peoples shoes. Perfect for staying for a longer time too. Mario has been such a great host introducing us to Baunei and surroundings. We love the tranquility and real feel away from tourism, so we got everything we have asked for. We will definitely recommend this great place. Thank you so much for making our holiday special!

Schöne Wohnung
Der Kontakt lief ganz unkompliziert per whats app, schöne Wohnung mit Charme. Es war wohl etwas klamm. Die küche hatte alles was das herz begehrt. Toller Ausblick vom balkon. Super praktisch mit der Benutzung der Waschmaschine. Als Ausgang für Wanderungen perfekt. Für uns als Familie nicht unbedingt die perfekte Lage da man immer die Serpentinen zum Strand runter fahren musste. Nichts desto trotz eine tolle Wohnung die man gerne weiterempfiehlt.

Wunderbares Domizil in Baunei
Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Mieteinheiten. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss mit eigener Terrasse. Diese ist sehr gut gelegen, man kann selbst im August jede Minute draußen verbringen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liebevoll im sardischen Stil restauriert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nicht zuletzt aufgrund der grandiosen Gastfreundschaft von Mario. Er ist sehr nett und hat uns empfangen wie alte Freunde. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich, es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken und es geht im Gegensatz zum Norden und Süden der Insel ruhig und beschaulich zu. Wir hatten täglich Besuch von einem bezaubernden Katzenpärchen. Am letzten Tag kamen sie mit ihren Babies. Unser Aufenthalt wird uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Anfahrt könnte etwas genauer beschrieben werden, um die kleinen steilen Straßen zu meiden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der kleine Ort bietet alles was man braucht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Outdoor-Aktivitäten wirklich hervorragend geeignet.

Wir haben zehn Tage in einer wunderschönen, kleinen Stadt und einer vorzüglichen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Baunei bietet seinen Besuchern viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Highlights. Ob Bars, Restaurants oder vor allem die Gelateria (Eis aus Ziegenmilch!!) - Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.. Unser Appartement und vor allem unser Gastgeber Mario kann nur mit einen Wort beschrieben werden : WELTKLASSE 🏆🏆 In Sachen Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit, Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft hatten wir in all unseren vorangegangenen Urlaubsreisen noch keinen besseren Gastgeber als Mario! Mittendrin statt nur dabei
Wer mitten in die sardische Lebenskultur eintauchen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt am Hang gelegen sind es nur wenige Schritte (bergauf oder bergab) zu den wichtigsten Destinationen des Ortes. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bar/ Café, Restaurants. Die Wohnung besticht durch eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem gigantischen (!!!) Blick in die Ferne. Mario, er hat uns empfangen, ist ein sehr freundlicher Zeitgenosse. Er informiert perfekt über das Umfeld und ist auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar. Alles in allem- perfekt!

Baunei is built into the mountain at 480 meters above sea level. The location offers a very unique, panoramic view. Mario’s apartment is more like a home: a one bathroom, spacious 2 bedroom with high ceilings, a balcony & a terrace unit.

Absolut saubere sehr grosszügige Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht. Wir genossen eine Wochen super tollen Urlaub in Baunei. Tolle Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Baden und vieles mehr. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele erlebnissereiche unvergessliche Dinge. Die Gastgeberin absolut nett und hilfsbereit, einfach toll. Die einzig verbleibende Gelateria in Sardinien, welche Ziegenmilch zu Eiscremeherstellung verwendet. Ein Besuch ist ein Muss. Herzlichen Dank für Alles! Remo & Sofia & Caroline aus der Schweiz

Sehr zu empfehlen
Tolle Lage in den Bergen, grandiose Aussicht und sehr freudlicher Vermieter. Wir haben die Woche im authentischen Sardinen sehr genossen, besonders die Bergwelt fanden wir sehr beeindruckend. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, super sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

In einem Wort: Super! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Total netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, schöne, saubere, gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon, auf dem wir gerne in der Sonne gesessen haben und die Aussicht genossen haben. Die Lage in den Bergen beschert einem einen unglaublich beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die Landschaft, beste Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Klettern und auch am Meer ist man schnell. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt!

Viel erlebt, tolle Unterkunft, tolle nette Menschen und super tolle Strände.
Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren echt überrascht. Es ist alles so sauber und alles funktionierte. Man achtet hier auf alle Details. Es gibt hier keine losen Fliesen oder Risse in den Wänden. Alles ist wirklich top in Schuss gehalten.

Toll! Ein herrlicher Blick vom Frühstücks-Balkon und super freundliche Vermieter
Einfach nur toll! Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Baunei verlebt. Die malerische Stadt liegt sehr schön am Berghang unter Felsen. Das Quartier war vollkommen in Ordnung, und der Vermieter Mario sehr freundlich. Der ideale Startpunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen oder den Ausflug ans Meer. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Ebene ans Meer auf der einen Seite und die Berge auf der anderen. In Baunei gibt es eine Gelateria mit hervorragendem Eis, die bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. . Alles bestens.
