There are over a dozen restaurants and even more incredible shops and clothing stores within blocks of Apartment 5, which is the perfect studio space for one or two people to enjoy Downtown Bay City for the week or a weekend. You'll love our mattress, easy-to-operate coffee maker, and convenient location.

Apartment 5 is equipped with basic cooking tools including pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, a toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator. A single-serve Keurig
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown, you are steps away from shops, eateries, and a conference center. The area is known for being safe and easily walkable. Wenonah Park and Bay City's river walk is less than a block away where many Downtown events take place, including seasonal and major concerts, Riverside Art Festival, Great Lakes Bay Pride Festival, Bay City Fireworks Festival and so much more. We're also near the Bay City Downtown "Feet On The Street" block closures in the summertime, where there is extra seating, free wellness classes, shopping, music and more.
Getting Around:
Park your car and enjoy your river walk from Downtown to Uptown. Many historic neighborhoods East of Downtown provide walking tour.

Great Location in Downtown
I must give the location of this studio apartment 6 stars. It was walking distance from both many restaurants and stores. We have been traveling for over 3 weeks and it was sooooo very nice to find a location that didn’t have us in the car to look for food and just get a good walk. Apt. Was clean and had just what we needed for 1 nights stay. It was lovely to see coffees, soda and water being offered, even though we did not have time to part take of it. Except some bottles of water. Do not hesitate to book this studio. The price is a winner
