Perfect size and location
This house was the perfect size for my family. It was very clean and the host was very responsive when I reached out with questions. The best part is the location! It’s next to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, tons of restaurants and 1.5 blocks from the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a perfect spot if you are coming for a quick trip. It’s small, but has everything you need. It is in the perfect location you can walk or bike to anything! The communication with the host is quick and have no issues there! I did bring a few things from home just for comfort, but I literally didn’t need to bring anything. All bedding and bath towels are provided. There was one chair provided for us, not sure where the second one was, but we didn’t need it. Kitchen can fully stocked with all kitchen utensils cutlery, we did not do much actual cooking. Rooms came with bedding. Outside is the outdoor shower and a picnic table. My one and only issue with this place is the shower in the bathroom. It is so tiny you can’t move around or do much in it. And after showering the bathroom is covered in water. This would be a 5 star if the bathroom could be bigger, but other than that it was a great place for a quick get away!

Lovely cottage right in the heart of Beach Haven. Walk to the beach as well as everywhere else in Beach Haven. Great clean space - two bedrooms - we were two - but room enough for four! Nice kitchen, bathroom and an outdoor shower. Outside there is a table/benches for dining al fresco!!!

The house was wonderful. The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, market and ice cream. We didn't move our car all week. The house was extremely clean and it was really nice not bringing linens/towels. The owner was extremely accommodating with my requests. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this cottage. They had linens and beach towels for 4 which it’s not the case in many rentals. The outdoor shower it’s clean and it has hot water. Great location, great price so it was just ideal 🙂

This cottage is truly perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, a perfect size for 2 people but definitely could comfortably fit 3 or 4. We just recently stayed at the Cottage. It was just like it was advertised. It was very clean and the AC was on when we got there (which we loved)! Keurig full with water and k-cups ready to go. It was really nice. Perfect place for a family of 3 or 4. As stated in another review, the beds are a bit hard. I saw the owners daughter as we were leaving. She was really nice. I had mentioned to her that the only suggestion I have is updating the furniture. The back of the bar chairs are extremely loose. I didn’t even want to sit in it and risk breaking it. Other than that-it was great!

The cottage is very quaint and very conveniently located in the heart of Beach Haven. It was very clean and we had a quiet stay at the end of the season. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops, and the beach.

Adorable cottage in great BH location
The sweet, refurbished and private little cottage was close to LBI Blvd., two blocks from beach and bay, and near a lot of stuff. We thought it was very clean with new appliances. Bob was very responsive to the one minor problem we had. Minor complaints- Beds were a little hard and not so comfortable and we needed more places to hang towels and wet suits. Outdoor shower was nice.
