Cute little original historic cottage just like days gone by , . Hardwood and tile floors. 4th house from the ocean. Parking for 3 cars. Updated kitchen and bath. Fenced yard, front and back covered porch. . Pet deposit of $150 per pet refundable if left pet clean and picked up after. Priced great for location, walk to everything. AC window units in bedrooms.and living area. NO washer or dryer or internet.. Large outside shower. Front and rear porch . No landline at house, must use cell phones. 6 beach passes offered, any extraordinary cleaning will be deducted from security $50. No internet
