Welcome to our historic estate, set on 5 serene acres with stunning views of the Hudson River. The house boasts 5 large bedrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen, SAUNA!, jacuzzi bath tub, playroom with ping pong and POOL table!majestic chandeliers, and gold trim. Relax and take in the beautiful sunsets and spectacular views from the large deck equipped with comfortable patio furniture. We invite you to experience the beauty and tranquility of this historic property with its original charm and character.
The space
The property is set on five private acres overlooking the Hudson River and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen completed in 2023. The downstairs bathroom has a large jacuzzi and two showers. John Adam's great-granddaughter once lived here. Note that the pool appearing on the cover is the neighbor's pool, not available under this listing.

Family birthday weekend with an amazing view!
We booked a weekend away to celebrate family birthdays and were very happy to celebrate in such a special place. There was plenty of room for 11 of us (+ dog) and was a mix of modern touches and old world charm highlighting the legacy of the house. And the view of the Hudson was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Dan and Maddy's home in Beacon! The house is funky and unique, and made for a great group getaway with easy access to main street and hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking for a fun weekend in Beacon!

Lovely house with beautiful backdrop
This house was beautiful and perfect for a weekend with friends. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed the scenic view from the back deck all weekend. Dan was very responsive from start to finish and we did not encounter any problems throughout our stay. I would highly recommend!
