Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung
Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser sehr schön gelegenen Wohnung mit der Familie verbracht (2 Kinder (2,5)). Dort Kaffee ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen uns aus dem Balkon lässt sich das Abendessen in der Sonne genießen. Der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation lief (auf französisch) problemlos. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Prettige eigenaren van onze grote vakantiewoning. We moesten wel onze lokatie delen met meerdere vakantiegangers in het chalet ,maar dit ging zonder enige problemen.

Malgré un petit loupé à l'arrivée sans conséquence, tout s'est très bien passé lors de notre séjour. Les hôtes sont discrets et serviables. L'appartement est très vaste et extrêmement bien équipé. A dix minutes du centre d'Arêches, le panorama depuis la terrasse est magnifique.

chalet spacieux idéalement situé
Le chalet est une ancienne maison d'habitation familiale réhabilitée en deux appartements. Nous occupions l'appartement au rez de chaussée. L'appartement est très grand, très agréable à vivre, grande cuisine complètement équipée, chambres spacieuses, terrasse. La vue sur le village d'Arêches et les pistes est imprenable et très agréable (descente aux flambeaux des moniteurs du mercredi soir en direct du chalet, bien au chaud, un vrai régal !). Au rez de chaussée, le garage (pour une voiture), la grande buanderie permettant de faire sécher les équipements pour skier sont un vrai confort. Les toilettes au rez de chaussée, juste avant de partir sur les pistes avec les enfants est un vrai plus ;-) Le chalet est idéalement placé, très proche du centre d'Arêches (possible de s'y rendre à pieds ... même si la montée au retour est sportive ! la route est dégagée mais la pente fait qu'elle nous parait longue, très longue :-) ). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et arrangeants. Une étoile a été perdue malheureusement à cause de nos voisins du dessus qui nous ont permis de nous rendre compte que l'isolation acoustique n'était pas optimale (mais nous pensons que le bruit venait plus d'un problème d'éducation des locataires que d'un problème lié au chalet ... mais les réveils à 6h30 tous les matins ont eu raison de la dernière étoile ...). Il est de plus pas très simple de se garer et faire demi-tour dans la rue quand on a une deuxième voiture et que les autres locataires en ont 3, comme c'était notre cas cette année.

Chalet très confortable et surtout bien adapté pour un séjour à la montagne en hivers. Le balcon plein sud possède une vue superbe sur le village d Areches, petit village qui a gardé son caractère, pas défiguré par la station. L'accès et le stationnement près du chalet sont faci!e.

En un seul mot superbe.
Le logement est vraiment super et adapté pour 10 personnes. 4 chambres, 2 toilettes, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine, un grand salon/salle à manger, un immense garage à disposition et cerise sur le gâteau une grande buanderie. Des propriétaires super sympa et disponibles. Que demander de plus. Nous y retournerons !

Très bel appartement avec balcon - terrasse dans un chalet avec vue magnifique sur le village d'Areches. Chambres spacieuses, literies très confortables. Propreté irréprochable. Vaisselle en nombre suffisant pour 10 personnes. Propriétaire tres agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent WE en famille . À refaire sans modération !!! À recommander : le restaurant "la table de Joséphine ". Bon rapport qualité -prix . Présentation des mets soignée.
