Queen Ann's Retreat.
It was clean and very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Beaufort is a very important area for colonial history especially for the lore of of the legend Black Beard the most famous Pirate in history. We attend the Pirate festivals every year there every year and would very much enjoy having Suite A again next year.

WONDERFUL
Had a fabulous week in this beautiful property. Modern, classy and clean--with truly unbeatable views. If you love being right in the center of the action (but still peaceful), this is the place for you. Within easy walking distance of everything Beaufort has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back in the future.

The property is lovely and great for 3 couples. However, be sure to bring ice. The icemaker does not work. The host did try to fix the issue but it never worked. The street festival was fun. Nice to know that parking is free during the off season.

Disappointed that I didn't have a door entry code by arrival time.
I have used VRBO for over 10 years and this is the first time I have ever arrived at a home and didn’t have the code to enter the door. I emailed the property owner twice and received no response. I called the phone number listed in the email twice, which went to voicemail. At 5:00, one hour after we should have been able to enter the property, I received an email from the property owner’s representative that said “there must have been a glitch in the VRBO automation.” After renting over 20 other properties, I have never had that to happen. Then I called the VRBO helpline and talked with a very helpful representative Rish. She was able to help me receive the door code and enter the home around 5:30. This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at this same property in Beaufort NC and we have never had such difficulties.

Very nice holiday in Beaufort
Very nice apartment. View to the water and close to everything on Front Street. Slight confusion about where to park as we didn’t realize that we had to enter on a different road. Once we found it everything was good. Good communication with property manager.
