The toilet in my room had urine in it. The hall way have a bed smell. It smells like mold. The entrance to the lobby is open all night. Staff not present at the front desk. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in.

This facility was NOTHING like base on the internet! This place was a let down. Persons who are not lodging here hanging around. The odor of marijuana was extremely powerful around the front entrance. The AC was not functioning properly. Notified front desk but never resolved the issue. If I hadn’t been checking in so late in the day I would have cancelled the reservation and gone elsewhere.

The receptionist was nice and helpful but everything else was awful. We had a room on the 1st floor. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew and had stains on the floor but the worst thing was a roach crawled down the curtain and into my son’s bag. I immediately asked for a different room off of the main floor. We were moved to the 3rd floor where the room didn’t smell like mildew but the floor was stained the wall outlet cover in the bathroom was growing mold, and the door wouldn’t shut unless you put force behind it. The whole facility is run down. The outside had a few extra holes by the ac units needing repair. They did have a breakfast where you could make your own waffles and those were good but the dining area was dingy and in need of repair. We will never stay there again

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I won’t even called it a hotel. I seem better places and a lot cleaner hotels in a third world countries. The floor were stain dirty and fill with dead bugs. the bathroom towels were dirty. The bed were stain. Didn’t even past the black light test. Pillow sheets had stains and we found more bugs!!! We tried to get a refund after we denied our stay there because the condition. Staff was super rude. And they didn’t want to refund us. Told us to call Expedia. While we were packing our car. The staff were outside smoking weed. We got bunch of pictures and videos.

Not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but definitely not anywhere near the best either. Everything was very mediocre but have to say that it was mainly the smell of marijuana and garbage in hallways that were the main turn off, so definitely not a reflection of the staff. There were no extra pillows to use for pull out sofa, not enough towels in the room to accommodate 3 people, barely enough for 2 people. We were brought extra towels though. The pool area was clean and the pool itself looked taken care. We did enjoy having that available. The overall hotel lobby area was clean and breakfast area was also. The breakfast itself was pretty standard stuff, except same both days with no options like yogurt or oatmeal which would be easy things to make available.
