Very friendly staff person to welcome you. The room is newly renovated and gorgeous. Clean, smells fresh. Really a good affordable option. Highly recommend.

We drove all up here from guyton ga, due to the hurricane. We thought we had a reservation, but we get there at 1am, and was informed they have no power nor are they renting rooms. I understand things happen but at least inform the people of the conditions they would be staying in. Then when asked could he refund the booking, he just laughed.

Only one young man in the front desk was helpful assisting our issues created by Expedia, the rest of the staff wouldn’t clean our rooms or they would just half clean.

nunca he usado EXPEDIA para una reservación, y espero no volver a utilizar, ademas de que el hotel fue Malo, entre EXPEDIA y RED ROOF me robaron 377 USD, porque reservé 2 habitaciones y quise cancelar una de ellas, no lo pude hacer en el tiempo requerido, lo hice cuando llegué al hotel el asistente SALVADOR dijo que me ayudaba, me puso en contacto con un reperesentante de Expedia y me quedé con una sola habitacion esperando el reembolso, he hablado con OCTAVIO HERNANDEZ representante de Expedia y el habló con su jefe, me cobraron una penalidad de 100 USD por cancelacion tardía pero aun no me llega el reembolso, osea pagué por un hotel por 3 dias pla penalidad y NO ME HACEN EL REEMBOLSO. Si pudiera ponerle una calificacion mas baja lo haría.
