We offer this charming 180 mĀ² house with swimming pool for rent in Beaugas, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 mĀ² living room (with fireplace), a separate fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 10,000 mĀ². Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

First floor:
- A 60 mĀ² living room with TV, Wifi, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: one double bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Night area :
- Bedroom 3: one double bed
- Bedroom 4: four single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 40 mĀ² swimming pool (private, unheated) open from May 15 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful south-facing garden of approx. 10,000 mĀ² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
