The rooms were nice, but they were doing refurbishments so it was dusty and noisy. The pool was not working either. The staff and breakfast were excellent.

The hotel is under heavy construction, but the room we stayed in was perfect and the staff was working around the construction and made it a very pleasant stay. Can’t wait until it is all done and can go back.

This property was a joke! They are undergoing MAJOR renovation and it’s a MESS! The entire downstairs was a construction zone, front desk personnel was no where to be found when we arrived, it felt like the hotel in The Shining! Hotel knocks and bangs when you’re in it, a man was painting the ceiling right in the middle of the lobby the next morning well before he was supposed to be, he dripped paint in the floor while we were trying to check out and acted bothered that WE were there!! Rooms weren’t clean—mirrors streaked horribly, sheets felt damp. Shouldn’t have stayed but it was late and we just needed a hotel. I’m a long time IHG rewards member and have never left a bad review but this was out of control!! Unsafe and full of dirt and dust! Do better!

Property was under renovation so it was torn up in most areas. Staff was still able to provide breakfast and a comfortable room, it was just that the rest of the property was underwhelming.

I wasn't aware that the hotel was under construction! We had to move rooms twice! The hot water wasn't working in the room & it was very hot! I guess from the construction bit it was too short notice to move hotels! Very uncomfortable stay.

EXTREME CONCERNS
WORST experience ever. Misleading advertising on your app. This hotel is under EXTREME construction. EXTREMELY unsafe conditions for anyone in the general public. No way to get my booking canceled. I had to pay for a room I couldn’t stay in. No one would assist in getting this changed. This should be illegal to advertise to the public that this location is even available. Nothing about this place is safe or at any level of normal standards of operation. Steer clear. As for hotels.com - SHAME ON YOU😱 no assistance from your end to help a loyal customer. My loyalties will be changing. You are participating in fraud to the general public and putting the general public in harms way when they book this facility
