Lovely night in comfort
Room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub before bed. Service was friendly and helpful. The only draw back was no soap which the desk person found a bar for us given they were out. I would stay here again.

Room looked unfinished and included shredded curtains and broken remotes. There was yelling throughout the hallway all night and slamming into doors. The deadbolt lock on my door was broken.

One of the beds in my room clearly had unwashed sheets on it. When I got inside it I could feel debris and hair and when I got out and checked there was hair all over as well as bits of dirt and debris. The other bed seemed to be clean but every single pillow case on both of the beds had hair on them. When I told the front desk manager about this, he did not apologize. He said it was because it was a pet room. He seemed annoyed that I asked for other pillow cases. The lock on my door also did not work and neither did the deadbolt, which being a single woman was very concerning. The walls are very thin and I could hear stomping and people yelling starting at 6am as well as dogs barking. All I needed was a place to sleep after a 13 hour drive and another 11 hours the next day. I didnā€™t even get a real rest out of it.

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great and while the breakfast selection was decent, more fruit selection and hot chocolate would have been a nice touch. Beds were clean and comfortable. Rest of the room and hotel was decently clean, though with an older building I understand it can be harder. Was also impressed with how quiet the cleaners were when they were working the morning we left. Didn't even realize they were already in the rooms next to us until we opened our door.

Repairs had been started in the bathroom but not finished. The curtain rod was held up by the curtain and covered the AC unit. One of the beds has a sunken area, mom kept rolling into it and had difficulty turning over.

The drapery had a make shift repair where the drapery draped over the AC unit making it impossible for the AC to work properly. When I discovered how dirty the floor was everything felt dirty.
