Ski-In Ski-Out at Eagle Point Resort Utah! 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home sleeps 32!

Welcome to The World Adventure in the gated community of Aspen Crest. Look at the photos (professional photography coming soon of this brand new construction cabin) and see what true ski-in, ski-out luxury in Utah can be! No crossing streets or walking through parking lots here. Literally ski right onto the front or back porch!

Please plan to have a 4x4 almost always during ski season. 2024-25 ski season will LIKELY NOT HAVE GARAGE ACCESS. There is a 2 car garage but we were unable to get the asphalt down, so it's not likely we will be able to park cars in it. There will be outdoor parking in a plowed driveway area.

This brand new construction home has 7 bedrooms (one is an open bunk loft) and 5 full bathrooms along with 2 half bathrooms. Professional photography pending completion of the property within the next couple weeks. Feel free to reach out and I can send photos of how this award winning Utah Valley Parade of Homes floor plan has turned out when we've built it in the past.

Each suite is themed after a different continent. There is space to sleep 32 comfortably in quality mattresses. Many of the suites will easily fit a pack-n-play (bring your own) in the closet for your little ones as well. Professional chef-style kitchens on both the main and basement levels offer multiple cooking options, 3 fridges, 3 freezers, and a Blackstone BBQ on the deck. We plan to move up a piano and plenty of games to keep everyone busy around the fireplace. Multiple dining, living, gathering, and play areas to enjoy being together when desired but quiet to sleep when you need some shut-eye! Plenty of hooks and cubbies for ski gear.

Summertime activities are just as endless as during the winter, but some of our favorites depending on time of year are:
