"Lovely place. We had an issue with the air conditioning and after a few complaints we escalated to the manager and he moved us to a new room. He was also very attentive from that point on. The service in the restaurants is friendly but a little chaotic at times - lots of staff running about but not ..."

"Toilet facilities around the site akin to a filling station experience. The real 5* experience must be tucked away in the Paradise Club section for which they charge an extra daily fee of around £50. More a 4* hotel experience for the rest."
