Have you ever stayed in a property that is bare & hardly has any amenities? Dave and I sure have and it's terrible. You won't find that staying in our homes. We want you to feel comfortable beyond measure.

Ahhhhh....an all season Michigan lakehouse, what'sbetter?

Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was built 6 years ago. It is newer with all kinds of high end upgrades. Our kitchen if fully loaded with everything you need and things you didn't even know you needed.


You'll be right on the lake with your own private sandy beach. This home boasts 2 kitchens, a natural stone walk-in shower, a soaking tub, a tiki bar outdoors with it's own mini fridge and freezer, a gas fireplace, 3 decks, 1 fire pit, central air and heat, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, regular coffee maker and more, laundry room, full size electric outdoor BBQ grill, large outdoor umbrellas, game room with air hockey, billiards/pool and ping pong, large dock with pontoon available to rent, kayaks and paddle boards.

Summertime.....A Michigan summer is like no other. Spend the day on the beach, on the boat, lounging on the deck, chillin' at the Tiki bar, or napping on the deck. You can go hiking, biking, shopping, visit some local taverns or restaurants and so much more.

Fall: ArtPrize downtown Grand Rapids, Visit a local orchard to pick apples, hay rides, pumpkin trains, cider and doughnuts, farmers' markets

Winter: Enjoy ice fishing, a roaring fire outdoors, hang out inside by the fireplace with a fuzzy blanket watching the snowfall. Cook a nice dinner, play games, and make memories. Downhill skiing is 5 miles from our home. Cross-country ski trails are close too.

All the amenities and more!
What a beautiful home and lovely view of the lake! The home was supplied with everything you could think of. The lake is pristine with abundant wild life, even swans! Traffic on the lake is minimal. Neighbors are friendly. Kim was a excellent and timely communicator, which we greatly appreciated. Because this was a motorcycle vacation with our friends, the only downfall was the unpaved road to the house...but it was easily navigated. The road is in great condition. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Outstanding VK Stay!!!
This listing is one of the best stays we have found. Not only were the hosts super helpful, they actually cared to make us feel at home. The lake view each morning was outstanding along with all the amenities that were here to use. The pictures shown are amazing, however in person the home is even prettier! My family loved being able to use the paddle boards/kayaks each day and we loved swimming/fishing. The sand was perfect for our kids to make sand castles and super clean. Everything in the house was well thought out placement wise. We were able to cook anything we needed due to all the appliances, dishes, serving platers and utensils already on site (best place yet for utilities/appliances). Lots of places to keep food and beverages cold. Of course the tiki bar and outdoor furniture was amazing, especially if you needed shade. I can't boast enough about how much we loved this place. There is great places to get food nearby too. Along with an Aldi/Meijer/Walmart only 18 min away along with many other restaurants/fast food places nearby. My kids were sad to leave if that doesnt tell you enough about how much fun they had, not only outside on the beach/fishing but inside too in the game room. We will definitely be booking these hosts again! Thank you again Dave and Kim for a memorable family trip!

I’m so glad we booked this house. The home is beautiful and had everything needed to make your stay comfortable. And the location is beautiful! You’re right in the water. The kids loved playing in the sand and the lake. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely book this place again!

Love this property
My family was looking for a relaxing, nice space to enjoy for a few days over spring break. We hit the jackpot with this beautiful, clean house that offered gorgeous views of the lake and even has a game room and time bar! Kim was so accommodating, communicative and truly cared about us having a great time. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back in the summer!
