To begin with, no directions were provided to the apartment. Working the key box was difficult, and once we gained access we were quickly disappointed. The bedding provided was 1 sheet and 1 blanket for 2 people. We were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel - for a week. The bed was too small for 2 people anyway. There were holes in the wall, the medicine cabinet was filthy, the toilet seat and toilet paper holder were broken, and the clock didn't work. The heavy fire doors inside the apartment were difficult for a couple of older women to handle. The stairs were numerous and dangerous, with the automatic lights taking time to turn on. It was impossible to contact the office without phone service, and others were leaving frustrated and angry. The garbage was overflowing in front with cigarettebutts all over the ground, and parking was virtually non-existent. The refreshments provided were pathetic for 2 people for a week. There's no electric outlet in the bathroom. The alarm went off twice one day! Instead of some pathetic plastic plants placed around, they need to spend money on repairs. And they certainly made good money off of us!
