Central Belfast Apts worthless after hours
We were provided the wrong check in info and found someone already occupying our b&b but because it was after hours, we couldnā€™t reach someone to help. Instead we had to book a hotel for one night until we could reach the company during the day. Honestly, I donā€™t understand why they canā€™t provide an after hours contact in case of emergencies like this one. They did not offer any compensation other than a refund and their apologies.The property itself was great.

Wir waren Ć¼ber ein langes Wochenende im Belfast. Die Unterkunft ist super schƶn und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Betten sind hervorragend und wir fĆ¼hlten uns super wohl. Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefĆ¼hlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
