Nice staff - cozy communal areas - rooms clean but unimaginably unbearably cold - had 2 heaters and extra duvet but was like being outdoors - food ok. Would not recommend for winter stay. Very cozy Christmas decor. Easy for bus and train but not for walking at night.

I thought it was an amazing place to end up in at the end of a long trip, including flight and travel through Belfast. The Christmas decorations were just right. Reception had quality furniture and fittings. The staff were warm and polite and not to mention efficient. I could my fault my bedroom king-size bed, wonderful shower, great furnishings.

Very family friendly hotel
We had a great stay. Really family friendly hotel. The VIK cards for treats is excellent. Cloven on Reception and Anna at the bar were great too. Short walk to town or University quarter.
