My place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, and public transport. Youā€™ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The area itself which the apartment is situated is in the hub of South Belfast with a bustling nightlife as there is restaurants, nightclubs and bars close by. Further to this the apartment is just a short distance from Shaftesbury square and Queens University. Also there is an express supermarket just 100 metres from the apartment. The apartment itself has been newly renovated during December 2018 and so is of the highest quality. At the front of the apartment there is 1 car parking space.

The neighborhood is run down. When we walked to the main center there was broken furniture and rubbish on the streets. We saw a drug deal go down right in front of a neighborhood restaurant. There were cigarette butts all over the ground by the front door and so many that they stuck to our feet and we brought some inside. My husband swept the front stoop after that. The place did smell like cigarettes when we first got in. Donā€™t open the front windows to air it out because thatā€™s where the neighbors go to smoke and it comes in. There was a small amount of toilet paper. No extra rolls and not a napkin, tissue, or paper towel in the place. If you use the washing machine be aware that itā€™s not a combo unit so you have to hang everything up, no clothes dryer. We were afraid to go out at night so Iā€™m glad we werenā€™t there long. Be careful of the bathroom sink. It feels like it will fall off the wall if you lean on it at all! There was a plaque on the wall that said it is rated 9.2! Really? Hard to believe or theyā€™ve lowered their standards. One very good feature was the parking spot is off the road directly in front of the unit so the car seemed safe.

Clean, functional, everything we needed!
Perfect! Everything was as described. The Check-In with the code worked great, and we were provided all the information we needed. The location was fantastic for our sightseeing trip to Belfast. We would definitely come back! Just want to mention that the stairs are steep, especially if you need to get bigger luggage up to the apartment, but we managed. ;-)
