I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location was fantastic, with a pristine beach just steps away. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.I don't have any major complaints. There was a minor issue where I was supposed to meet with the manager, Hareesh, before I left regarding a small issue I had. A message was left for him through another manager, but the meeting never occurred. I assume he was busy, so it's not a big deal.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at LUX Belle Mare in Mauritius was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, setting a perfect tone for our visit. The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Ghada’s exceptional service and radiant smile. A highlight of our stay was meeting Sanjay, who ensured we had towels and water for our speedboat ride, making our experience more comfortable despite the rain. These thoughtful gestures set this hotel apart from others. Every meal was a delight, especially the South Indian cuisine prepared by the talented chefs. The buffet offered a variety of dishes catering to all tastes, each prepared with utmost care and quality. A special mention goes to Kamlesh, whose exceptional service and care truly stood out. When I spilled hot tea, Kamlesh immediately brought a cold towel and water. When my wife fell ill, he prepared a soothing drink. His attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being were exceptional. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by all the staff members at LUX Belle Mare. First class. A very enjoyable stay in a fantastic setting. It’s just like the photos you see. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants and facilities. First time we have been guests at lux hotels and it will not be the last.

Great Hotel
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our luggage was delayed for the duration of the stay here but the concierge made all efforts to try and track it down. Facilities are great especially for kids. Definitely be back at some point.
