Welcome to our cozy, updated farmhouse on 58 acres of land just east of Belleville. Our riverfront property has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and tons of amenities. We're just a short drive away from all the attractions in Prince Edward County.

You'll enter across our own bridge and continue up the road to the house on the hill, from there the space is yours.

The front lawn leads you down to the river and on site kayaks will get you into the Bay of Quinte during the spring and summer months. The backyard is completely private, with little light pollution, so please enjoy the stars and calm of nature. Sit back, spark a fire, tell a few tales and enjoy a beverage or two.

We suggest using the bottled water dispenser for consumption, as the property well water has a very natural taste, but is safe.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed upon otherwise. We don't require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please respect our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.

Please fully extinguish the embers in the fire pit after using it.

We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.

Beautiful Farm House
A very inviting farm house with a warm feel. The communication with the host was some of the best I have had - thanks Tyler. Home is clean, well stocked Kitchen, nice seating area. Bedrooms were plentiful. I would say a few of the beds were soft (I prefer firm beds - personal preference) but overall I would highly recommend this for a family stay.
