It was a horrible stay... The bathroom was filthy and dirty... Bugs running around on the floor... No bathtub, only a shower and the floor was broken.

There were bugs in the bed of our first room, so we were moved to another room. Both of the rooms were not clean. Outlets did not work. No wifi or free breakfast/ coffee as advertised. The blinds were broken and the room smelled like smoke in the second room. Common areas/ hallways were dirty.

WE RAN OUT OF THERE , DID NOT STAY. SMELLED OF MOLD IN BOTH ROOMS, SPIDER WEB, BUGS ALLOVER THE ROOMS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MAN IN CHARGED SAID WE MUST REACH OUT TO EXPEDIA.

Room was recently mopped, but that was about it. Shower was not clean (had hair on floor), one of the bedsheets was stained, and other bed had sand in it on the sheets. Also no Internet and cable was non existent. TV only had access to antenna channels that came in fuzzy. Pool was empty. Roommate swears he heard someone screaming in the middle of the night.

Was hopeful that the reviews were untrue. Really basic easy things werenā€™t even done .. Bugs everywhere. My phone slipped under the bed and I reached under the bed to see it hasnā€™t been cleaned in years. Dust everywhere. Bathroom had hair. Ceiling could have at least been painted. The thing is I have stayed in lower budget hotels before but this was like they didnā€™t even try.
