quando cheguei fui usar o banheiro e a privada estava com um cheiro MUITO FORTE de urina, daquelas que estava lá ha dias. muito forte mesmo, podre! dei descarga e não saía o cheiro. fiquei muito chateada com isso. o lençol de cama tinha uma mancha avermelhada, não sei do que. o quarto era grande e confortável (nada extraordinariamente confortavel, mas confortável). o frigobar nao gelava nada nada. o atendimento do local é otimo, funcionarios muito educados. café da manhã simples mas bem gostoso.

As fotos não condizem com o momento atual do Hotel. Hoje a estrutura interna dos quartos estão bem gastas e com desleixo de manutenção. A questão de limpeza é relativa: Pegamos o quarto bem limpo, mas em 2 diárias não passaram para fazer uma limpeza nem para repor papel higiênico, tive que pedir na recepção. Mas os produtos de higiêne (sabonete, shampoo e condicionar) são bons. O acabamento esta bem desleixado, as portas estão ficando sem a estrutura de madeira, a pintura esta bem surrada. Lampada do banheiro das 2 somente 1 funcionando. Cama nova de solteiro, mas muito dura e leve, parece que utilizam o mesmo lençol para cobrir o colchão, então ele não tem elastico e se voce mexer durante a noite ele sai. Ar condicionado novo e silencioso. Café da manhã bom, tem opções de frutas, pão, bolo, ovos meximos e frios.

Banheiro, tanpa do sanitário quebrado, ralo do box e da pia entupidos, chuveiro péssimo, e pra completar ficamos sem água do segundo dia... frigobar sem nada e qdo solicitado ofereceu copo plástico!! Bancada de trabalho dispencando ... duas diárias sem arrumação do quarto...enfim, esse hotel não pode ser classificado com 3 estrelas!!!

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo a praça da liberdade, avenida Afonso Pena. Porém, as condições de limpeza e cuidado do hotel não são boas. Vaso sanitario sujo, quarto com sinais de pouco limpeza, com pó nos móveis. No café da manhã, talheres molhados. Pode melhorar muito.
