Good quiet location outside of the main resort. The hotel and its rooms are modern, clean, and have good amenities. Breakfast choice very good and enhanced by the sea view from the dining area. Staff all helpful and welcoming.

Hotel was of a good standard. Lovely views of the sea from the restaurant and hotel room. Everything was clean and modern. Only criticism was the evening meals were a little boring with no real variation each night. I stayed 4 nights and that was enough for me.

We were severely underwhelmed by our stay to be honest. The room was just okay, nothing special. Not as clean as expected and the toiletry products provided were not great and broke me out when used. The rainfall shower didn’t work. We paid extra for a Sea view room but from what we could see when we arrived every room had a view of the beach/ ocean so it felt sketchy. It was a very high floor with like the picture perfect views, we were on the 5th floor and could hear absolutely everything going on on the beach and anywhere outside our room below if our balcony door was even cracked. One of the restaurants was closed for the season but we weren’t told those dates at the time of booking. The spa was also closed but it’s not stated on the website at all. The food at the beachside restaurant was our least favorite in Benalmádena that we’d had. It was also not nearly as centrally located as advertised, many things were quite a ways away in comparison to other more centrally located hotels. The staff as less than enthusiastic toward us- we weren’t all inclusive and felt we waited longer for service and weren’t treated as nicely as those who were all inclusive. The website wasn’t clear about what was offered with all inclusive and the food there wasn’t worth that cost. The hotel itself in all common areas was extremely hot and the air conditioning's having a locked minimum of 19 c was not very comfortable (especially for someone who experiences hot flashes).

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were amazing and the property was very clean and tidy throughout. The negatives were that we felt the food options available were quite limited and also the drinks options on an all inclusive were quite restricted

Great deal with breakfast included plus ocean views! The cigarette smoking on property was something i had to tolerate and the burger was not worth the expense. Better dining options couple blocks from hotel- Italian and Mediterranean. Overall beautiful views from hotel and staff helpful.

Hotel was very nice, food was good - little disappointed about the all inclusive, it’s really only for the pool bar, lobby bar and buffet. You need to stay 7 nights to get a meal at the other restaurant and the sky bar isn’t included. Pools were ok, adult pool is pretty much full shape and like you’re in a small enclosure And the elevators…lobby is on floor 8 and beach is on floor 1, 3 elevators get you there but they are small and stop everywhere because people push buttons and then give up waiting - very inefficient

Beautiful property, severely let down by the lifts! The lifts, 4 very small, working off two diffierny call system's covering a huge hotel, which clearly is not sufficient. Multiple complaints heard from other guests on a regular basis. The pools are a let down, as the adult pool is very overcrowded with too many beds in a small space. The pool is lovely but in need of a good clean as algae is all around the top of the pool. The other pool is like a butlins affair. Loud music all the time putting you off if you want to relax. Hence why the adult pool is overcrowded. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful.

The website and advertising portray this as a nice hotel for adults. Not adults only but not screaming children everywhere. Every meal, in the bars, in the halls. Both pools are enclosed by metal fences which impede the view of the ocean. Plexi-glass would work and be more asthetic. We could not check in until after 4:00. The hotel sent us a bottle of the house sparkling wine and an apology. The food was better than most all inclusives but they did run out of some popular dishes. The staff was very nice, professional and courteous.

We liked the location, We did not like the fact that the hotel have no facilities on the beach you have to pay for the bed and parasol because it does not belong to the hotel , it’s not private it’s open for the public . the shower coming from the beach does not work , so you have to cross the restaurant go all the way up to the swimming pool just to have a shower , they will charge you 1 euro to change the beach towel which I found ridiculous, the steam room and sauna are on the basement you can only have access from the first floor it’s not convenient at all .

Stayed with my daughter, was very nice. Everything was close pool, beach etc. didn’t stay all inclusive so can’t comment on that but overall had a really nice stay.
