The process of getting checked in was easy. The location was great right on the road. Parking was easy right in front of the room. However the room itself was dark, dingy, and not very clean. It also smelled horrible. Like a musty, damp old basement. The room decor itself was what you might expect from an old school motel room. However the smell was strong. It was that mix of cleaning spray and mold. I literally felt sick breathing in that room. Also the bathroom was dirty with nail shavings and hairs throughout. I spent $250 for this room no less! If you’re in a bind, this room might work but be forewarned!

Decent Motel
The room was fine. Clean, everything worked, it was close to our event and easy access to the HWY. The pool was clean and heated. No complaints at all except for the price. I know everyone is trying to make a living but it was a bit expensive for the accomodations.

I stayed here based on the high-ratings on Expedia and was able to experience why the property was so highly rated. It's a cute family run business. It's in an excellent location next to everything in Bend and the surrounding area. The property is small and the staff was friendly. It's got a chilled and laid back vibe. If you love Indian food, the property also runs an onsite take-away restaurant called, "Anita's Kitchen Gourmet Indian Food." I had a URI w/difficulty tasting and smelling but the food was still delicious; I highly recommend eating there.

During a time of record high corporate profits, OUR family tries to support local/family owned businesses as much as possible. This place is run by the MOST AMAZING family. You can tell that they have put their heart into this business and are trying to improve it. Any concern or complaint we had, was met with immediate attention and accommodation. As soon as we pulled in I smelled the Indian food truck that’s run by the family who owns the property. The guests before us left the tv unplugged and tampered with and they had smoked in it. The owner and his son helped us get set up and more comfortable. The pool even had inner tubes and noodles for the guests kids!! No other place would allow such fun. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! We will be staying here any time we are in town! Many many thanks to the owners and family!

The person at the office didn’t give me eye contact, even when he was greeting me. I actually waited to respond until he took his eyes away from the computer screen to acknowledge me. He didn’t give me any information about the services and just handed me a key. The room was adequate but the blinds in the window were filthy and were not even functional. The room’s decor was so incredibly dark, I just wanted to adjust the blinds to let in some light. Overall, I paid $180 for one night (I was just passing through) and I felt the hotel could have benefited from a few updates and a more thorough cleaning. I recognize that the prices were jacked up due to the summer season but will not choose this hotel again.

The property and rooms are very clean. The owners were very nice, check in was super easy. Our bed was very comfortable. The AC unit was a little noisy, but kept the room cool. The have an on-site food truck, we didn’t get to eat there, but it smelled amazing. We will definitely stay again.
