If you are looking for a close walkable place to downtown, this is it. 10 minute walk downtown - 20 minute walk to Amphitheater. Bigger Kitchen, but everything else is pretty small. No place to sit in back space or front yard.

Nice Place but had issues
This is the second time I have stayed in these properties. Nice places in a great location. The problem was that we had to kill several spiders and there were multiple spider webs in the house. I contacted the management and they did seem to really care.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. It is a bit small but they make good use of the space. The code didn't work when we first arrived but someone got back to me right away amd we werw able to get in without having to wait long (maybe 10 minutes). Communication with iTrip was excellent.

Perfect location
This was the perfect place to work from home for 10 days. You have Market of Choice grocery store/liquor store just minutes from your doorstep. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown Bend and we even walked to Butte Pointe to hike. We didn't need a car the whole time. Would 100% stay again!!

Easy Spot While in the Area
I felt like I was right back home in Oregon. This was a work trip but I was able to get around easily for evening drinks or food. T'was a lovely walk to Starbucks and the natural grocer close by. It isn't the ritz experience, but it didn't need to be! It was affordable, clean, the kitchen was fabulous, and there's enough little storage spots in the bedroom & bathroom to use without having to live out of your suitcase. It felt like a home away from home for this Oregon-original girl.

This is an ideal spot for a couple. Close to market, restaurants, brewpub, and in a walkable neighborhood. The unit was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We will look for this property again should we revisit Bend.

Small but very nice!
The unit was very nicely landscaped and the inside was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and sitting room are rather small but cozy. Centrally located. Could really walk all the way to old mill district or to downtown in 15 minutes. Super great location. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for the two of us on our 40th wedding anniversary. Within walking distance of downtown and driving distance of everywhere bend (and sisters). It was very very clean. We asked and were granted an extra day. It was quiet. Wonderful stay. Thank you. We hope to visit again.
