Centrally located three-bedroom home within a short walking distance to Bendigo CBD, bars, restaurants, scenic walking trails, Bendigo Art Gallery, Ulumbarra Theatre and Lake Weeroona. This newly renovated cottage is also close to Bendigo Hospital and located along the Bendigo Creek Trail within a short walking distance to local favourites Percy & Percy Cafe & Bendigo Tram Cafe. A perfect place to getaway and explore with the family.

Set in the beautiful tree lined Baxter Street, the house has three large bedrooms with very comfortable beds (1x King, 1x Queen, 1x Double with a single bunk and 1x Single). There is a comfortable lounge and dining area and new kitchen and bathroom, as well as a second toilet outside

Exceptional property
Having been recently renovated, it was like staying in a new home, but with character. It was exceptionally clean. The bathroom looks new with an awesome large shower and instant hot water. Every room had air conditioning which was great as we stayed on a hot weekend. The garden is well maintained. We will stay here again for sure!!!!

Not as described and dangerous
House was newly renovated and tidy. Good to provide toys for our toddler. However... Backyard obviously not landscaped, and mudpatch 5mtrx4mtrs used as construction waste dump with nails, broken glass, sharp tin offcuts and other waste dangerous for our dog and toddler. Backyard became unusable due to dangers posed. We were upfront to the pet friendly hosts about our clean and trained dog coming along, with his own bed. He joined us on our outside trips on trams, gardens and food adventures. We left the house in tidy condition, even washing towels, running the dishwasher, wiping down kitchen surfaces etc so the house was left as we found it. Unexpectedly, the host contacted us requesting additional cleaning fees, on top of the additional cleaning fee we paid at the beginning of our trip due to bringing a dog. The host also stated we damaged the property, which has been used as accommodation and was not caused by us. Upon arrival we noticed there were marks, dints, scratches and kids writing by previous occupants. The owner has tried to blame us and charge us for this. Very upsetting and disappointing when we looked after the property well and tidied before we left. The owner gives off scam vibes so do beware and take photos / walkthrough videos if you choose to stay here. Pity such a good weekend in Bendigo has been soured by a host attempting to scam more money after we paid more than what was fair.
