4-Night Stay Discounts! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath across from Visitors Center

The Sapling features two bedrooms - a master with a king sized bed and a single over double bunk bed in the second.

The kitchen includes full sized appliances and basic small kitchen gadgets. A weekend away just isn't complete without a toaster and a coffee pot!

A dining table seats 6, so after a long day of hiking, creek walking or exploring, you can enjoy dinner and a few board games.

If games aren't your thing, relax in the cozy living area on the couch and enjoy a movie from our DVD collection or sign into our Amazon Firestick to access your favorite streaming services.

Located just off of Winslow Hill Road, and directly across from The Elk Country Visitor Center, The Sapling is perfectly placed for your Benezette vacation!

**Please note that this property uses well water that is not suitable for drinking due to strip mining in the area. It is iron heavy and sometimes leaves rust marks on the bathroom fixtures. We have provided a spring water dispenser for drinking water during your stay.

Also note that pets, parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted at The Sapling.

Great cabins, great location.
My stay at the Cabins in the Sticks was awesome. The cabins are updated with all the amenities you need to unload your vehicle, and start enjoying your stay. The cabins are just up the road from the Elk visiting center, which is a must, and not far at all from the Elk viewing areas. The town of Benezette is small and quaint with just enough to keep you busy, but not large enough the loose that small town charm. There's great food at the Benezette Hotel, open to the public, with a great gift shop just across the street. A fun place to visit also is the Elk Life gift shop and snack bar. It has an open air vibe and the staff is great. The area is surely worth looking into. Enjoy your stay.

This property is amazing. We had a great time sitting around the campfire hearing the elk bugle. You can’t get better for proximity to the elk herd. Morgan is a wonderful host.

Neat, Cozy Cabin
The cabin was very clean and we enjoyed the full kitchen for our meals. It was so nice to be close to all the viewing areas and saw elk several times. Only unhandy thing is the neighbors in trailer had music playing almost constantly, which disrupted the quietness on the porch.
